Return and Exchange Policy

1. Ready-Made Products (Non-Customized)

Returns

  • Ready-made products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.

  • After inspecting the product and confirming it meets the criteria, the refund will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • "Murouj Art" covers the shipping cost for returns if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to specifications. However, if the customer wishes to return an item for personal reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.

Exchanges

  • Ready-made products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The original purchase invoice must be presented.

  • The product can be exchanged for another of the same value, or the difference can be paid if exchanging for a higher-value product.

  • "Murouj Art" covers the shipping cost for exchanges if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to specifications. However, if the customer wishes to exchange an item for personal reasons, the customer shall bear the shipping cost.

2. Customized Products and Special Designs

Due to the unique and bespoke nature of products customized upon the customer's request, these items are not subject to the return or exchange policy, except in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If the customized product has a clear manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or aesthetics.

  • Non-Conformance to Agreed Specifications: If the product does not substantially match the design and specifications agreed upon in writing with the customer before production.

In such cases, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to fix the defect or replace the product with one that matches the agreed-upon specifications.
